গুরুত্বপূর্ণ – Trendyfur.com থেকে আমাদের যেকোনো প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয় করার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে এই Terms & Conditions ভালোভাবে পড়ে নেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ভিজিট করা, আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করা অথবা আমাদের কাছ থেকে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয় করার অর্থ হলো আপনি আমাদের Terms & Conditions পড়ে নিয়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং এতে সম্মতি প্রকাশ করেছেন।

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট Trendyfur.com ভিজিট করা অথবা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের একজন User হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবেন এবং আমাদের Service-এর সাথে সংযুক্ত হবেন। একইসাথে আপনি আমাদের এই Terms of Service / Terms & Conditions মেনে চলতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।
সেকশন ১ – সাধারণ শর্তাবলী: প্রোডাক্টের মূল্য ও স্টক
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত যেকোনো প্রোডাক্টের মূল্য এবং প্রোডাক্টটি Available আছে কি না, তা প্রোডাক্টের Stock Availability-এর ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
কোনো প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার পর যদি সেটি Stock Out হয়ে যায় অথবা কোনো কারণে সরবরাহ করা সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে Trendyfur.com যত দ্রুত সম্ভব Customer-কে বিষয়টি জানাবে। প্রয়োজনে আমরা একই ধরনের বা Alternative Product সাজেস্ট করতে পারি। কোনো ক্ষেত্রে Advance Payment করা হয়ে থাকলে, প্রযোজ্য Refund Policy অনুযায়ী সেই অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ভিজিট করা বা ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন যে, ব্যবসায়িক পরিস্থিতি, Incoming Stock, Supplier Availability, Inventory সমস্যা, অতিরিক্ত চাহিদা অথবা কোনো প্রোডাক্ট Sold Out হয়ে যাওয়ার কারণে অর্ডার Place করার পরও প্রোডাক্টটি Available নাও থাকতে পারে।
এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে Trendyfur.com Customer-কে Similar / Alternative Product দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করতে পারে অথবা প্রয়োজনে পুরো Order Cancel করতে পারে।
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত যেকোনো প্রোডাক্টের Price ব্যবসায়িক পরিস্থিতি, কাঁচামালের মূল্য, উৎপাদন খরচ, সরবরাহ খরচ বা আন্তর্জাতিক বাজারের মূল্য পরিবর্তনের কারণে পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

Trendyfur.com যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো Product, Service, Offer, Delivery বা অন্যান্য ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম পরিবর্তন, স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। এ ধরনের পরিবর্তনের কারণে Trendyfur.com Customer বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির কাছে দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না, তবে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে Customer-কে অবহিত করা হবে।
সেকশন ২ – প্রোডাক্টস
আমাদের Wood, Metal, Jute এবং বিভিন্ন ধরনের Handicraft Products Trendyfur.com-এর মাধ্যমে অনলাইনে Available থাকে।
আমাদের কিছু প্রোডাক্ট Limited Stock-এর হতে পারে। তাই Return, Replacement অথবা Exchange সুবিধা শুধুমাত্র আমাদের নির্ধারিত Return & Replacement Policy অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Trendyfur.com সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করে প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের ছবি, Design, Colour, Size, Material এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সঠিকভাবে ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শন ও বর্ণনা করার জন্য।
তবে Customer-এর ব্যবহৃত Device, Display Settings, Screen Resolution, Colour Calibration, Lighting Condition অথবা ছবির আলো/ছায়ার কারণে বাস্তব প্রোডাক্টের Colour ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত ছবির তুলনায় সামান্য ভিন্ন দেখা যেতে পারে।
বিশেষ করে Handicraft, Wood, Jute এবং অন্যান্য Natural Material-এর প্রোডাক্টে Colour, Texture, Grain, Pattern বা Finish-এর সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে, যা প্রোডাক্টের স্বাভাবিক বৈশিষ্ট্যের অংশ এবং প্রতিটি পণ্যকে আলাদা করে তোলে।
তাই Trendyfur.com নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারে না যে বাস্তব প্রোডাক্টটি ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত ছবির সাথে ১০০% হুবহু একই হবে।
তবে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া Description-এর সাথে উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে না মিললে, Customer আমাদের Return & Replacement Policy অনুযায়ী বিষয়টি জানাতে পারবেন।
Trendyfur.com যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই কোনো প্রোডাক্টের Stock Limit, Price, Description, Specification, Design বা অন্যান্য তথ্য পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
সেকশন ৩ – বিলিং ও অ্যাকাউন্ট ইনফরমেশন সঠিকভাবে প্রদান
একজন Customer হিসেবে আমাদের কাছ থেকে Order করার সময় আপনাকে আপনার সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
এর মধ্যে আপনার:
- সম্পূর্ণ নাম
- সঠিক Delivery Address
- মোবাইল / Contact Number
- Email Address (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)
- Payment সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য
- অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় Order Information
অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।
Customer হিসেবে আপনি সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন যে, Order সম্পন্ন করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সঠিক ও আপডেটেড রাখবেন, যাতে আমরা আপনার Order Process, Delivery এবং প্রয়োজনীয় যোগাযোগ সঠিকভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে পারি।
Customer কর্তৃক ভুল Address, ভুল Contact Number বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদানের কারণে Delivery ব্যর্থ হলে বা অতিরিক্ত Delivery Cost তৈরি হলে, তার দায় Customer-এর ওপর বর্তাতে পারে।
সেকশন ৪ – ডিসকাউন্ট ও অফার
আমাদের Website-এ বিভিন্ন সময় Coupon Code, Promo Code, Discount Offer, Campaign এবং অন্যান্য Promotional Offer দেওয়া হতে পারে।
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে এসব Offer কোনো প্রোডাক্টের Regular Price থেকে মূল্য কমাতে পারে।
প্রতিটি Offer-এর নিজস্ব Terms & Conditions থাকতে পারে। Offer Banner বা Promotional Content-এ সাধারণত Offer-এর মূল বিষয়গুলো উল্লেখ থাকে এবং বিস্তারিত শর্তাবলী Website-এ উল্লেখ করা থাকতে পারে।
তাই কোনো Discount, Coupon বা Promotional Offer গ্রহণ করার পূর্বে Customer-কে সংশ্লিষ্ট Terms & Conditions দেখে নেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
কোনো Coupon, Promotional Code বা Gift Voucher একবার সফলভাবে ব্যবহার করা হলে, সেটি Cash Refund বা Return-এর জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে না, যদি না Offer-এর Terms-এ ভিন্ন কিছু উল্লেখ থাকে।
Trendyfur.com কোনো পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় কোনো Offer পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন, সীমিত, স্থগিত অথবা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
সেকশন ৫ – ভুল তথ্য, ত্রুটি ও সংশোধন
অনিচ্ছাকৃতভাবে আমাদের Website-এ কোনো Product বা Service সম্পর্কে ভুল তথ্য থাকতে পারে।
এ ধরনের ভুলের মধ্যে থাকতে পারে:

এ ধরনের কোনো ভুল বা ত্রুটি আমাদের নজরে এলে Trendyfur.com পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই সেই তথ্য সংশোধন, পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
যদি কোনো প্রোডাক্টের Price ভুলবশত অস্বাভাবিকভাবে কম দেখানো হয়, তাহলে Customer Order করার পরও সেই Order Cancel করা হতে পারে।
উদাহরণস্বরূপ, কোনো প্রোডাক্টের প্রকৃত মূল্য যদি ৳১৫,০০০ হয় কিন্তু Website-এর Technical বা Human Error-এর কারণে মূল্য ৳১৫০ প্রদর্শিত হয়, তাহলে সেই ভুল মূল্যে করা Order Cancel করা হতে পারে। Customer ইতোমধ্যে Payment করে থাকলে, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সেই অর্থ Refund করা হবে।
সেকশন ৬ – অর্ডার ক্যান্সেলেশন
কোনো Product Stock Out হয়ে গেলে অথবা Order পূরণ করা সম্ভব না হলে Trendyfur.com সেই Order Cancel করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
কিছু পরিস্থিতিতে Website-এ Stock Available দেখালেও বাস্তব Inventory-তে Product নাও থাকতে পারে। এর কারণ হতে পারে:
- Unexpected Inventory Issue
- Website / System Management Issue
- Supplier Stock Update সমস্যা
- Product-এর হঠাৎ অতিরিক্ত চাহিদা
- Inventory Counting Error
- Product Damage বা Quality Issue
- Supplier-এর কাছ থেকে Product না পাওয়া
- অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত অন্যান্য ব্যবসায়িক বা প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা
এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে কোনো Order Cancel করা হতে পারে।
Customer যদি ইতোমধ্যে Advance Payment বা Full Payment করে থাকেন, তাহলে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের Refund Policy অনুযায়ী অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
সেকশন ৭ – প্রি-অর্ডার
আমাদের Regular Products-এর পাশাপাশি কিছু বিশেষ Product Pre-Order ভিত্তিতে পাওয়া যেতে পারে।
Pre-Order Product-এর ক্ষেত্রে Product তৈরি, সংগ্রহ বা সরবরাহের জন্য সাধারণত ১৫–৩০ কার্যদিবস বা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত সময় লাগতে পারে।
Pre-Order নিশ্চিত করার জন্য Customer-এর কাছ থেকে সাধারণত ৪০% Advance Payment নেওয়া হতে পারে। বাকি Payment-এর নিয়ম ও সময় Product-এর ধরন অনুযায়ী Customer-কে জানানো হবে।
Pre-Order করার আগে Customer-কে সম্ভাব্য Delivery Time, Product Details, Price এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট Terms & Conditions ভালোভাবে বুঝে Order করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
Pre-Order Product-এর ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণ Return & Refund Policy প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে, যদি না Trendyfur.com বিশেষভাবে অন্য কোনো শর্ত উল্লেখ করে।
Customer-এর ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দ পরিবর্তন, অপ্রয়োজনীয়ভাবে Order Cancel করার অনুরোধ বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তিগত কারণে Pre-Order বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে Advance Payment Refundযোগ্য হবে না, যদি সংশ্লিষ্ট Pre-Order Terms-এ ভিন্ন কিছু উল্লেখ না থাকে।
Final Agreement
Trendyfur.com থেকে কোনো Product ক্রয়, Order অথবা আমাদের Website / Service ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions-এর সকল প্রযোজ্য শর্ত মেনে চলতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

Depending on the situation, we may suggest a similar or alternative product. If an advance or full payment has already been made, the amount may be refunded according to our applicable Refund Policy.
By visiting our website or purchasing a product from us, you acknowledge and agree that product availability may change due to business conditions, incoming stock, supplier availability, inventory issues, sudden increases in demand, or products being sold out.
In such cases, Trendyfur.com may suggest a similar or alternative product or may cancel the order if the original product cannot be supplied.

If payment has already been made for such an order, the applicable amount may be refunded to the customer according to our Refund Policy.
Section 6 – Order Cancellation
Trendyfur.com reserves the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, out of stock, damaged, discontinued, or cannot be supplied for any reason.
Although we try to maintain accurate inventory information, there may be situations where a product appears to be available on the website but is unavailable in our actual inventory.
This may happen due to:

- Supplier stock update issues
- Sudden increase in product demand
- Inventory counting errors

If the customer has already made an advance or full payment, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy, where applicable.
Section 7 – Pre-Orders
In addition to our regular products, some products may be available through Pre-Order.
Pre-Order products may require additional time for manufacturing, sourcing, customization, or shipment.
Generally, Pre-Order products may require approximately 15–30 working days, or the estimated time communicated by Trendyfur.com at the time of ordering.
A 40% advance payment may be required to confirm a Pre-Order. The remaining payment terms will depend on the product and will be communicated to the customer accordingly.
Customers are requested to carefully review the estimated delivery time, product details, price, payment terms, and applicable conditions before confirming a Pre-Order.
The standard Return & Refund Policy may not apply to Pre-Order products, unless Trendyfur.com specifically states otherwise.
If a customer changes their mind or requests cancellation for personal reasons after a Pre-Order has been confirmed, the advance payment may not be refundable, unless otherwise stated in the specific Pre-Order terms.
Final Agreement
By visiting Trendyfur.com, placing an order, purchasing any product, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
