📦 পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় অবশ্যই যাচাই করুন

অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে / সামনে প্যাকেট খুলে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করে নিন।

পণ্যে যদি কোনো দৃশ্যমান ত্রুটি থাকে, যেমন:

  • পণ্য ভাঙা
  • পণ্য ফাটা
  • পরিবহনের সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়া
  • পণ্যের কোনো অংশ গুরুতরভাবে ড্যামেজ হওয়া

তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতেই পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে হবে।

🔄 রিটার্নের নিয়ম

শুধুমাত্র ভাঙা, ফাটা বা ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্নের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।

যদি পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ না করে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন।

⚠️ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা

একবার পণ্য ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ করার পর কোনো ধরনের অভিযোগ, রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

তাই পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে অবশ্যই পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করে নেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

💰 রিফান্ড / রিপ্লেসমেন্ট

ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ভাঙা, ফাটা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে এবং ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে পণ্যটি ফেরত দেওয়া হলে, আমাদের টিম বিষয়টি যাচাই করে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট অথবা রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করবে।

নোট: ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দ পরিবর্তন, সাইজ/রঙ পছন্দ না হওয়া, বা পণ্য ব্যবহারের পর কোনো অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

📦 Please Check Your Product Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to open and carefully inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the delivery.

If you notice any visible damage or defect, such as:

  • Broken product
  • Cracked product
  • Damage caused during transportation
  • Any major physical damage to the product

please return the product immediately to the delivery person.

🔄 Return Eligibility

A return will only be accepted if the product is broken, cracked, or damaged during delivery/transportation.

If you find any such damage, please do not accept the delivery. The product must be returned to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

⚠️ Important Notice

Once the delivery has been accepted, no complaints, returns, or replacement requests will be accepted.

Therefore, customers are strongly advised to inspect the product carefully before accepting the delivery.

💰 Refund / Replacement

If a product is found to be broken, cracked, or damaged at the time of delivery and is returned to the delivery person immediately, our team will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Note: Returns or refunds are not applicable for change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction with color/design, or any damage caused after accepting or using the product.
